  1. I want to cancel my order.

    Please be aware that cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted. Cancellation may be possible before shipment. Please contact us through the inquiry form. Providing your order number (#0000) will help us assist you promptly.


  2. Can I return my order?

    We will replace the product only if it is found to be defective or damaged in the beginning, if you contact us within 10 days after receiving the product. We will pay for the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.

    Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened box / case / pack.



  3. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?

    For system reasons, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.


  4. How can I track my delivery?

    After your item has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification. The email you received will contain a tracking number and a link. Please refer to that information to track your delivery.

    If tracking is unclear, please contact us with your order number (#0000). We will respond promptly to assist you.


  5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    As a general rule, the following applies, although delays may occur due to busy periods, various circumstances with shipping companies, customs, and other factors.

    Handling Time: 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery Time: 1-5 business days.


  6. I want to change my payment method.

    You cannot change the payment method after the payment is completed. Please understand this in advance.


  7. Can I have my order shipped within Japan?

    Delivery is for overseas only. We cannot ship within Japan.


  8. Can I have items shipped together?

    Yes, you can. Simply place the items you wish to ship together in the same cart and make the payment. We will send the items to the same destination even if they were purchased in separate carts, as long as they have not been shipped yet.
