All box/case/pack are brand new and unopened. However, as the products arrived at our store from the supplier, they are classified as second-hand, and that's why we provide this description. Thank you for your understanding.

We strive to ensure accurate stock availability, but in rare cases, an item may become out of stock. We will notify you promptly in such situations.

Free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more. If your order total is less than $100, an additional $20 will be charged.

We do not provide refunds for refusal to pay customs duties.

Payment :
Payment is required at the time of ordering. We do not accept prepayment, partial payment, or payment upon arrival.

Release Date and Expected Arrival :
We typically ship on the release date or the following day. However, the arrival of items at our store may be delayed due to sales conditions or production volume. If there are any delays in shipping, we will promptly inform you.

Cancellation :
There is no fee for cancellations made up to 10 days before the release date. Cancellations after the above period are accepted, but the following cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation fee : 10% of the item price (minimum fee $10)
